## Job description
- 制定和实施欧盟/北美市场标准法规实施战略规划；
- 建立/拓展欧盟、北美法规信息收集渠道；
- 组织并推进欧盟/北美市场法规解读的正确性、完整性；
- 推动在产品开发中满足标准法规要求；
- 培养标准法规人才队伍；
- 项目法规支持工作，包括项目前期市场法规清单输入，组织开展各子项目节点法规符合性排查及整改工作，负责项目法规问题解答等；
- 负责认证可行性分析，策划认证方案；编制认证计划及实施方案；
- 负责编制认证样车需求计划，以及认证样车状态确认；
- 组织认证相关等产品文件的编制，并负责推动平台认证工作的实施及认证风险管理及推动；
- 根据认证变更管理机制、流程及权限，研究认证视同条件，制定经验总结和对认证变更管理提供技术支持。

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上学历，或取得中级以上职称；

### 工作经验
- 从事标准法规管理工作10年以上,或现任标准法规高层管理岗位；

### 职业素养要求
- 热爱企业，热爱标准工作；坚持原则、秉公办事，具有良好的政治思想素养；遵守国家法律法规和企业相关管理制度；
- 知识素养要求 熟悉国家标准化法律、法规及标准化方针、政策；参加标准化行政主管部门组织的培训，并通过企业标准考核取得培训结业证书；熟悉欧盟/北美市场法规要求，有欧盟/北美法规推进管理经验；
- 能力要求 具有较好的沟通、协调、组织管理能力；掌握与标准化工作相关的生产、技术、经营及管理状况，具有一定的管理和实践经验。
