## Job description

负责汽车底盘性能的调校与优化工作,确保车辆在各种行驶条件下具有良好的操控性和稳定性； 参与制定底盘性能调校方案,并对调校结果进行评估和验证,以满足客户的需求和市场的要求； 与团队成员紧密合作,进行VD性能调校标定工作,提升车辆的整体驾驶体验； 收集并分析车辆在实际使用中的性能数据,持续改进底盘调校技术。 本科及以上学历，汽车工程、控制工程或相关专业； 具备5年以上汽车底盘性能调校经验，有丰富的VD性能调校标定专家经验者优先； 熟悉汽车底盘系统的工作原理及性能参数，能够独立完成底盘性能测试与分析； 熟练掌握汽车性能调校软件及硬件工具，具备较强的动手能力和实验操作技能； 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够有效与研发、生产等各部门协作； 具有较强的问题解决能力，能够独立思考并提出创新性解决方案； 熟悉汽车行业标准及相关法规，了解最新的底盘技术发展趋势。
