- 博士后招聘及日常管理；
- 驻点（研究院）博士后管理及日常事务处理；
- 博士后科研项目管理及绩效评价工作；
- 博士后活动策划、组织及实施推进。
- 全日制本科毕业，管理及车辆工程等相关专业；
- 有整车厂或汽车零部件厂研发工作经验，具有较强的逻辑思维能力，5年及以上相关经验；
- 良好沟通协调和管理能力，具备方案推进实施能力。
