## Job description
- 负责冲压生产线的质量管控体系搭建与优化，制定检验标准及流程。
- 主导冲压件缺陷分析，推动工艺改进，降低报废率。
- 协调跨部门（生产、工艺、供应商）解决重大质量问题。
- 监督质量数据统计与分析，定期输出质量报告。

### 学历
- 本科及以上，机械/材料/车辆工程相关专业。

### 经验
- 5年以上冲压质量管理经验，熟悉ISO/TS 16949体系。

### 技能
- 精通GD&T、CAD软件，具备SPC/FMEA分析能力。
