## Job description
- 根据公司产品开发计划，制定相应的发动机、变速箱、混动变速器（统称动总）系统零部件开发计划及设计验证；
- 根据产品开发流程，负责动总系统零部件开发过程中各种技术文件的编制提交；
- 根据公司产品质量目标要求，负责动总系统零部件质量提升及持续改进；
- 根据整车目标成本及年度降本目标完成动总系统零部件成本分析及VAVE方案的制定与具体实施；
- 根据公司产品开发协助完成动总系统相关企标的制定与更新；根据国家法律法规的变化，完成动总系统相关法规在系统零部件中具体实施；
- 负责动总系统零部件级能力建设，完善数据库、FMEA等。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 交通运输、计算机、电子信息工程、自动化专业、车辆工程等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。 52、其他要求：身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
