## Job description
- 负责iCAR品牌KOC（关键意见消费者）的招募、培训及日常关系维护，搭建用户社群分层管理体系；
- 策划KOC内容共创活动（如口碑测评、话题互动等），激励用户产出优质UGC并扩散至社交平台；
- 维护品牌在抖音、微博、小红书等平台的官方账号，策划符合平台调性的内容，提升粉丝互动及品牌曝光；
- 监测网络舆情，及时处理用户反馈，协同客服、PR团队应对突发问题；
- 定期输出KOC运营及平台数据报告，优化运营策略。
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上社群运营/新媒体运营经验，熟悉汽车或消费电子领域优先；
- 精通主流社交平台玩法（如话题打造、爆款内容逻辑），具备优秀的文案及视觉审美能力；
- 擅长用户沟通，具备社群裂变、KOL/KOC资源者优先；
- 抗压能力强，能快速响应热点，具备危机公关意识。
