## Job description

### 新技术规划
- 明确上海开阳年度新技术方向；
- 制定上海开阳年度经营目标（新技术数量，投资，收益，专利等）；
- 主导上海开阳 LVP机制 以及Top 30 创新技术开发策略和计划。

### 教育背景
- 硕士及以上学历，汽车、电气工程及自动化、电子、软件等相关专业优先；

### 工作经验
- 15年及以上工作经验；

### 专业知识
- 熟悉汽车行业新技术发展动态；熟悉先进技术规划方法，熟悉汽车构造和汽车理论、新能源汽车先进技术的知识；

### 能力要求
- 具备宽广视野与创新意识，对前沿技术有较深刻的认识和理解，优秀的技术洞察能力；具备较强快速的跨领域学习能力；具备独立进行项目规划和实施的能力；具备较强的技术规划、统筹协调、团队管理、前瞻技术敏锐度等方面的能力和经验；能够自驱及开创精神，抗压能力强。
