## Job description

负责工业场景下AI智能体的整体架构设计，包括记忆机制、规划引擎、工具调用框架、多轮交互状态管理等核心模块，实现工业智能制造全业务流程相关的智能体搭建。您需要设计支持复杂任务分解、异步执行、长期上下文维护的智能体运行范式，提升任务完成率与鲁棒性。设计多智能体协作架构，实现角色分工、信息共享、任务接力与冲突协调，解决端到端业务流程自动化问题。将智能体与数据库、API、BI平台、行业软件等外部系统深度集成，赋予智能体“动手能力”，并抽象为可复用的产品能力。

### 生源资质
- 博士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、智能制造、数学、机械工程、控制工程等相关专业

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
