## Job description

负责牵头指导(BEV/国际项目）整车安全性能开发工作：
- 负责项目的安全性能目标设定，目标分解及最终目标达成的全过程性能开发和集成管理；
- 根据项目开发目标，指导目标值分解和技术方案的制定并确保通过评审，对安全性能正确性负责。重大难点问题推动解决；
- 项目开发工作总结，重点问题分析总结等，为团队工作做技术经验储备。 ①学历：本科及以上，汽车设计、车辆工程、机械等相关专业； ②工作经验：5年以上安全性能开发工作经验；了解汽车碰撞安全法规 、熟悉汽车开发流程及安全性能开发流程，英语优秀者优先； ③职业素养要求：具备较强的交流沟通、协调能力；认同奇瑞企业文化与价值观。
