## Job description

### 负责车间制度建设
- 制定完善安全生产制度，建立责任体系，编制安全计划和应急预案，推进标准化建设。

### 负责车间培训教育
- 组织安全技术培训，制定培训计划，开展安全宣传，评估培训效果，持续改进。

### 负责车间检查整改
- 定期组织安全检查，发现隐患及时整改，建立排查治理制度，分析安全形势。

### 负责车间应急管理
- 制定专项应急预案，组织应急演练，确保物资可用，完善应急体系。

### 负责车间特种管理
- 申报特种作业证确保持证上岗，组织驾驶员和车辆定期检审，督促执行车辆管理制度。

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 安全、车辆专业等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
