## Job description

### 项目开发
- 设定侧门、前后盖系统的开发目标,组织可行性分析并推进达成，参与质量、成本和性能进行方案决策。

### 能力建设
- 根据门盖部能力建设规划，组织侧门系统制定（或修订）设计标准和技术规范，持续丰富竞品资料库及经验总结库。
- 侧门、前后盖系统三化工作的推进实施。

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上、汽车、机械、材料等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 8年及以上相关设计开发经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 向上生活观与审美观，责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
