## Job description
- 针对各个市场传播平台、投放媒介额数据收集、分析及解读。
- 负责各门店年度、季度及月度目标跟踪；为确保市场传播、线索目标的达成，建立各阶段目标分解模型及原则，积极与各门店沟通目标的完成情况，不断完善目标的合理性。
- 负责对各门店目标完成情况进行监控并通报；为督促各门店完成线索任务，指导各门店分析及管理异常。
- 负责照制定并按业务流程及标准，收集、评估并下发总部各部门对各门店的工作安排；为提升门店及公司各部门的工作衔接有效性，统筹负责各部门对各门店的工作安排，明确各门店每月工作重点。
- 负责各门店各岗位管理标准、绩效指标的制定及管理；

### 生源资质
- 本科及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 网络与新媒体传播类相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
