## Job description

### 业务型经验

丰富的（5年以上）自动驾驶感知/决策/规控算法研发经验，其中至少3年以上聚焦于大模型（如BEV、Transformer、GPT、VLM、世界模型等）在智驾领域的落地应用经验；具备从0到1搭建智驾大模型技术栈的能力。

### 管理型经验

丰富的（20人+ 3年以上）跨职能技术团队管理经验，包括算法、工程、数据等团队，能制定技术路线并推动研发闭环。

### 业务周期性经验

具备完整智驾大模型项目从预研、数据构建、模型训练、车端部署到量产迭代的全周期经验；熟悉大模型在云端、车端协同部署的工程化挑战。

### 区域经验

具备跨国/跨地域协同研发经验（如中美、中德团队协作），熟悉不同区域数据合规及智驾产品差异。
- 设计与实现 VLM/VLA 模型，用于自动驾驶感知、预测、规划；
- 多模态模型训练与优化（SFT/对齐/RL）；
- 构建多模态数据与自动化数据 pipeline；建立评测体系，持续优化模型安全性与性能。
- 有带团队打仗及攻坚能力。
