## Job description
- 收集和分析市场投诉、保修数据、传递和上报工作,并进行质量改进。
- 负责重大市场质量问题的根因分析，制定并推动永久性纠正措施，协助技术服务部门处理疑难杂症。
- 负责车间质量问题的协调与处理工作，并对车间质量问题进行跟踪和验证。
- 针对重复发生或重大的内/外部质量问题，进行深度根因分析，成立改进专项，协调资源，推动技术攻关，优化质量管理流程和方法，预防问题再发
- 组织疑难产品质量改进活动，跨部门问题的推动。

### 教育与专业
- 双一流硕士及以上学历，汽车及机械相关专业；

### 职业素养要求
- 忠于职业道德，严守企业秘密，工作积极主动，有较强的事业心、责任心和开创精神，服从领导，坚持原则；

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
