## Job description
- 制定整车技术中长期战略，主导性能技术路线规划与平台架构迭代
- 统筹整车核心性能（操稳、NVH、能耗等）全流程开发，推动团队协同落地性能目标
- 协助平台架构设计，保障性能需求前置融入，解决跨域技术问题
- 搭建性能开发成本模型与技术标准，推动知识沉淀与成本优化
- 带领团队完成人才培养与能力建设，支撑项目高效交付

### 基础要求
- 本科及以上学历（车辆工程，机械等汽车相关专业），8年以上汽车研发经验，3年以上性能开发管理经验

### 专业能力
- 精通整车性能开发流程，熟悉平台化架构，掌握仿真工具与验证方法，具备成本管控能力

### 综合素养
- 具备战略思维与跨域协同能力，能带领团队高效解决复杂技术问题
