## Job description

"1 负责对市场反馈的产品质量问题进行预分析，组织公司资源进行问题遏制及改进； 2 负责对营销提出的市场的客户车辆疑难质量问题处置，快速响应及技术支持； 3 负责牵头对共性、重大质量问题的分析、改进、组织及推进解决； 4 负责新产品上市前服务质量准备监查及协同开展历史问题排查； 5 负责公司市场售后问题改进流程的管理。" "1、学历：本科 2、工作方向：售后质量改进方向 3、工作经验：3年及以上相关工作经验 4、专业：汽车运用或质量相关专业 5、技术要求： （1）熟悉汽车构造，熟悉整车系统组成及汽车零部件基本构造及原理。 （2）熟悉TS16949质量管理体系要求等相关体系标准。 （3）有一定的项目管理经验。 （4）熟悉质量改进相关工具，如8D等，并会熟练运用。 （5）熟练运用办公软件。 （6）要有较强的组织沟通协调能力。 （7）在校汽车专业者优先，有2年以上主机厂质量管理、BEV改进经验者优先。"
