## Job description

### 负责牵头指导动力性经济性性能开发工作
- 指导新能源车型三电匹配、目标分解、整车策略设定等性能开发工作，包括整车能量流测试、部件能耗目标设定工作；
- 负责新能源车型动力性经济性性能开发策略制定及DVP制定及落实，以及动力性经济性开发体系及流程的完善；
- 针对新能源车型制定主观评价体系及方法，并纳入开发体系中；
- 能够完成竞品车信号破解、策略解析等研究工作。 ①学历：本科及以上学历，汽车、发动机、机械设计等汽车相关专业； ②工作经验：5年及以上新能源车型动力性经济性开发相关工作经验，具备整车标定工作经验；具备独立分析问题和解决问题的能力；具备熟练的车辆驾驶及评价能力； ③职业素养要求：向上生活观与审美观，责任心强、沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强。
