## Job description

### 负责BEV新能源项目质量管理工作
- 负责项目质量策划，竞品质量研究，质量目标设定及达成过程管理；
- 组织落实开发过程各项质量活动，促进目标达成；
- 组织方案设计阶段历史问题规避；
- 负责项目质量问题管理；
- 组织节点质量状态评估。

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上学历；汽车、机械、电子技术 等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 5年及以上相关经验,并具备3年以上新能源主机厂项目质量管理经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 沟通能力强、积极主动、诚实正直，抗压能力较强；

### 英语等级
- 大学英语四级及以上有驾照优先。
