- Architect and drive the foundational design and algorithm research for Chery's LLMs (e.g., CheryGPT)
- Lead core technical breakthroughs in pre-training, fine-tuning, and alignment
- Define the foundation model technology roadmap to maintain our competitive edge
- Drive deep integration of foundation models into intelligent cockpits, autonomous driving, and smart management" "
- 5+ years in deep learning and NLP/CV research, with 5+ years directly in foundation model development
- Multiple first-author papers at top venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR); impactful open-source contributions
- End-to-end mastery of large model techniques — pre-training, fine-tuning, RLHF — able to independently architect and innovate model designs
- Strong technical vision and leadership — able to translate frontier research into business value"
