## Job description
- 基于自动驾驶海量数据，利用规则算法及大模型能力，开发满足不同场景智驾算法数据需求的挖掘算法。
- 进行图像识别、文本搜索、视频理解、视频检索、向量检索、多模态理解等技术在自动驾驶数据挖掘领域的开发落地。
- 设计数据挖掘与评估策略，如检索精度评估、embedding质量分析、Recall/precision优化。
- 与数采、标注、算法、仿真团队协作，实现数据挖掘能力在数据筛选、质量控制、模型闭环方面的应用。
- 计算机、人工智能、自动化或相关专业硕士及以上学历。
- 熟悉深度学习、数据挖掘、多模态检索等相关技术。
- 了解常用的智驾预测、规划等算法，能够独立设计和实现数据分析方案。
- 熟练掌握数据结构与算法，具备扎实的Python/C++/SQL编程能力。
- 熟悉常见数据挖掘方法，如聚类、分类、召回、相似度检索、特征工程等。
- 具备良好的问题抽象能力、技术判断力及跨团队沟通能力。
