## Job description
- 深度参与电芯供应商产品开发流程，对其设计方案、工艺及技术路线进行风险评估和可行性分析
- 主导电芯开发过程中质量问题的失效分析，推动根因追溯、问题关闭及横展，建设失效分析库及预防性措施体系
- 参与电芯先期产品质量策划、性能验证和项目阶段冻结评审，执行产品审核和过程审核
- 负责竞品分析与VAVE，建立产品数据库，为产品VAVE提供数据支撑，为下一代电芯技术迭代提供方向" 1、硕士及以上学历，电化学、材料、物理化学、机械或相关专业 2、5年以上动力电池产品工艺、设计、品质等领域经验，有重大电芯项目落地经验者优先 3、 精通电芯产品开发和产线过程工艺、品质管控，熟悉电化学分析方法和六西格玛分析等相关质量工具 4、具备良好的项目管理、组织策划、团队合作与逻辑沟通能力"
