## Job description
- 主导各项目的PQ目标制定与验收，识别、推动解决及管理维护项目PQ问题，确保项目在满足QCD目标的要求下，持续提升PQ水平
- 识别PQ重点、难点技术与质量问题，并牵头组织攻关，形成标准的解决方案与设计规范，确保整车感知质量达到行业竞争力水平，对PQ评价体系的先进性负责
- 通过建立与完善PQ基础能力体系及评价规范，新标准和新方法的引入、应用和推广
- 负责管理并执行PQ工作开发流程，子流程的扩充及搭建

### 生源资质
- 双一流硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 工业设计、工业工程、产品设计、车辆、机械、材料等。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证，英语4级。

### 在校表现
- 在校期间担任学生干部、获得校级及以上荣誉者优先。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
