## Job description
- 指导和监督项目工作（造型工程方向）中各类工程输入和造型输出的准确性
- 指导和支持项目工作（造型工程方向）中重点、难点问题
- 造型工程方向能力建设&流程建设

### 工作总结和汇报
- 依照部门统一规定，对所负责造型工程集成管理工作的完成情况进行阶段性总结和汇报；

### 监督科室技术规划
- 根据公司和部门的发展规划目标，与科室经理共同制定科室长期、有梯度的技术规划、研究制定能力提升方案，提升团队技术能力，实现造型工程工作的可持续性发展以及行业竞争力。
- 本科及以上学历 车辆工程、机械设计制造及其自动化、工业设计等汽车相关专业
- 本科需有8年（6年以上造型工程工作经验优先）以上本专业工作经验、硕士及以上学历需有7年以上本专业工作经验（1年以上造型工程工作经验优先）；5年以上造型工程工作经验优先
- 团队工作、分析思维、培养他人、客户导向、工作积极主动
- 有高度分析、归纳、总结能力，并提交逻辑严密、直观的报告。
