1、支持整车耐久性能开发，右舵市场耐久开发与验收，资源协调、方案优化，及时支持项目工作。 2、人员培养、指导及团队能力建设。

### 教育背景
- 机械、车辆、力学等相关专业、本科学历以上；

### 工作经验
- 从事整车耐久性能，工作本科11年以上、硕士8年以上；

### 能力要求
- 熟悉整车开发流程，整车耐久开发流程。熟悉右舵市场开发流程，具备一定管理经验。
