## Job description
- 负责配置技术可行性及工程配置表，为了产品规划配置，在工程实现。 1）组织产品概念配置表技术可行性分析、争议项评审和决策（含变更），技术风险落实； 2）负责建立工程配置表，并更新和发布； 3）负责配置变更的技术可行性分析。
- 负责跨专业技术问题决策组织，为了项目开发过程，跨专业技术问题及时得到解决和决策。 1）负责搭建技术问题评审和决策平台，负责组织单项目技术集成会议（项目P3节点前）； 2）负责技术问题的管理，透视项目的技术状态和风险（项目P3节点前）；
- 负责编制VTS；
- 负责院内项目计划管理、项目预算管理、资源管理及节点交付物准备等工作。

### 教育与专业
- 大学本科以上学历，具有工程师或相当职称；汽车等相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 本科3年、硕士1年及以上整车设计或相关的工作经验，拥有较丰富的产品定义、性能开发、总布置、项目技术管理等方面的工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 组织承诺、人际理解能力、积极主动、诚实正直；

### 素质要求
- 熟练使用Windows办公软件。
