## Job description
- 负责落实质量KPI指标达成；
- 负责监控、调整车间技术质量工作计划，确保车间技术质量工作目标达成；
- 负责员工技能提升；
- 负责贯彻质量体系，制造及优化工艺；
- 负责优化车间工艺、技术类管理流程，提高工作效率；
- 负责车间生产启动项目管理。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械等专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 5年以上相关工作经验，从事从事工艺相关管理业务，有带团队的经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 有较强的保密意识，善于沟通，协调，具备办成事的工作能力；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 有较强的合作意识和抗压能力；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
