## Job description
- 掌握锂电池动力回收先进技术研究方向；
- 统筹汽车废旧动力电池回收技术研发与设计；
- 建立废旧锂电池相关回收技术体系，改进和规范流程；
- 能处理、协调和解决废旧锂电池回收技术研发过程中出现的问题；
- 完成公司动力电池回收小试、中试级别的试验室建立；
- 负责对接外高校研究院企业等，对新技术进行引进和转化。 1. 新能源汽车、锂电池、化学、材料等相关专业本科或以上学历； 2. 8年以上动力电池设计、生产、设备制造、回收利用等相关研发经验； 3. 熟悉各类办公室管理软件、良好的沟通、协调和组织能力； 4. 熟悉行业发展动态，对技术、产品、市场、有一定的敏锐感； 5. 思维逻辑性强，性格开朗、积极主动，有学习和创新意识。
