## Job description
- 负责运营管理制度、流程规范的搭建与优化；
- 负责年度经营计划、KPI 搭建及月度工作计划制定与进度跟踪；
- 负责经管会、干部研讨会筹备组织，保障各委员会常态化运转；
- 负责经管会交办事项跟进督办，确保工作落地闭环；
- 负责统筹协调日常运营跨部门问题，保障公司顺畅运营。

### 学历要求
- 硕士及以上

### 专业要求
- 车辆工程、市场营销、供应链、工商管理等相关专业优先

### 技能要求
- 熟练使用Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PPT等）；具备良好的沟通协调能力以及跨部门沟通能力；具备一定的文案工作基础，能编写相关报告和文件
