## Job description
- 负责涂装车间所在工段日常生产组织，保障产能达成、节拍稳定。
- 管控现场工艺执行，处理喷涂缺陷、设备异常，保障漆面质量。
- 落实车间安全、5S管理，排查隐患，杜绝安全事故。
- 工段人员排班、日常管理、技能督导，稳定班组人员。
- 控制辅料、能源消耗，落实降本改善工作。
- 对接工艺、设备、质量部门，推进问题闭环。
- 大专及以上学历，3年以上汽车涂装车间现场工作经验。
- 熟悉涂装前处理、电泳、中涂、面漆整套工艺流程。
- 具备班组/工段管理经验，能独立处置喷涂质量异常。
- 掌握基础设备常识，能协调设备故障抢修。
- 执行力强，熟悉工厂安全管理规范，能适应倒班。
