## Job description
- 负责硬内饰系统零部件的开发工作
- 跟进项目进度和质量，保证项目的顺利实施。
- 对新产品的开发、验证、试制过程和售后问题跟踪及分析
- 与跨部门团队合作，确保产品的功能实现符合预期目标。
- 负责产品的技术文档整理与维护等。
- 统招本科及以上学历，机械工程、材料工程、车辆工程或相关专业背景；
- 对硬内饰系统的产品有兴趣，具备良好的项目管理能力；
- 具有较强的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；
- 具备创新思维，能够独立解决问题并推动项目进展。
