## Job description
- 负责冲焊工艺技术管理和改进，提升过程质量能力；
- 负责冲焊工艺生产启动零部件装配性验证，协同开展设备工装工艺验证和专项技术验证等；
- 负责标准、体系、流程建设及完善；
- 负责批产后冲焊工艺文件优化；
- 负责新工艺、新技术的研究和导入。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历；汽车、机械、材料、电气等相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 7年以上汽车行业工作经验，5年以上冲焊专业工艺和现场管理经验，有新品生产启动经验者优化；

### 职业素养要求
- 细心，有责任心，沟通能力强，以公司利益为一切的工作出发点；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 40岁以下，熟练使用AUTOCAD、CATIA、OFFICE等办公软件。英语具备听说读写能力。能接受异地项目出差；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
