## Job description
- 设计开发 根据预研和架构部门工作计划和科室年度KPI分解计划，参与特定模块的平台技术可行性分析工作。
- 技术协调 根据预研和架构部门工作计划和科室年度KPI分解计划，参与平台技术集成相关问题的讨论，协助主管设计师组织重大技术方案评审和实施。
- 过程管理 根据预研和架构部门工作计划和科室年度KPI分解计划，参与平台开发相关节点交付物的编制，参与年/季/月度KPI分解并按计划执行，参与平台开发的编制。
- 能力建设 根据预研和架构部门工作计划和科室年度KPI分解计划，参与平台开发、平台规划专业能力建设工作，数据库的收集，技术文献编制工作，参与平台开发、平台规划指南编制工作。

### 教育与专业
- 汽车、机械相关专业，本科及以上学历；

### 工作经验要求
- 本科需有3年以上相关工作经验； 研究生1年以上相关工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 团队合作、关系营建、组织意识、分析思维；

### 条件要求
- 英语 良好。
