## Job description

### 招聘管理
- 根据业务需求制定年度招聘计划，主导关键岗位的全流程招聘，优化招聘渠道；

### 培训管理
- 培训与人才发展支持。制定并实施培训计划，负责内训师管理等；

### 人才管理
- 协助完成人才引进、人才发展等相关工作；

### 组织发展
- 协助完成年度绩效测评、干部异动等相关工作；

### 薪酬
- 协助完成考勤、薪酬等相关人事信息管理工作；

### 员工关系管理
- 负责基本员工劳资关系处理、日常考勤休假管理、社保、落户等工作 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源，法律等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上人力资源相关工作经验； 3、熟悉相关劳动法律法规； 4、积极主动，善于发现问题和解决问题； 5、亲和力强，优秀的沟通能力和协作能力; 6、熟练使用办公软件，PPT，EXCEL等
