## Job description
- 负责整体官方矩阵直播内容规划；
- 负责主播调度与管理、孵化、日常的运营与培训；
- 负责直播及短视频拍摄:场景搭建、服化道支持；
- 负责直播的宣发、场控、数据统计与分析、线索跟进与转化;抖音平台整体业务规划、执行设计、效果衡量；

### 负责抖音平台矩阵搭建、平台活动策划、月度传播脚本方向策划
- 负责日常直播、短视频脚本制作、日常执行、拍摄与后期；
- 负责抖音平台账号日常运营、粉丝运营、平台舆情监控、线索跟进与转化。

### 教育背景
- 全日制本科及以上学历

### 专业知识
- 熟悉视频拍摄和剪辑。熟悉直播基本投流规则和投法

### 工作经验
- 3年以上相关工作经验，有在快手抖音短视频平台运营账号经验优先

### 能力要求
- ①本科及以上学历，具备互联网电商店铺运营等相关经验 ② 有大厂工作经验优先;对于抖音、淘宝、快手等直播平台规则熟悉优先。
