## Job description
- 熟悉公司相关规章制度及相关管理规定，了解生产计划编制的基本流程及效率管理流程
- 熟悉焊装车间主要工艺流程、主要设备基本知识，了解相关节点的生产节拍等相关数据
- 熟悉焊装车间所有的成品、半成品的工艺路线，了解其构成的主要生产难点
- 了解现代物流、精益生产、标准作业、等现代企业管理的先进理论知识
- IE基础知识
- 生产管理基本流程
- TPM基础知识
- 基础机械知识
- 精益生产方式理论
- 能够熟练使用计算机及SAP 、MES系统，进行生产数据的统计、汇总、分析工作
- 能够起草、审核生产管理制度等文件，并对全公司的生产提出建议和意见
- 能够了解各车间的生产主要难点，合理安排班次，确保产成品的交期
- 能够运用管理学等方法，对生产调度员、生产统计员的工作进行指导、安排、评价
- 标准化作业知识
- 工作时间研究
- 基础工业工程技术
