### 教育与专业
- 车辆工程，信息工程，机械等相关专业，博士≥0，硕士≥1，本科≥3；

### 工作经验要求
- 在现有的规则、流程下，熟练并独立开展日常专业技术工作；

### 职业素养要求
- 热爱汽车工业，爱岗敬业；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 有良好协调沟通能力。
- 负责项目管理，推动部门各模块开发满足节点要求；
- 参与混合动力架构、匹配选型、混合动力控制策略等讨论和制定；
- 牵头推进解决项目开发问题及售后问题。
