## Job description
- 统筹国内座舱全业务线项目战略规划、年度目标与交付体系建设，支撑公司国内车型智能化落地。
- 牵头国内座舱项目全生命周期管理，覆盖立项、需求、开发、验证、量产 SOP与售后问题闭环。
- 构建跨部门协同机制，统筹研发、测试、DRE、供应商、生产、市场等资源高效联动。
- 主导重大项目风险识别、技术攻坚、变更管控与质量保障，确保项目按期高质量交付。
- 对接国内各基地、客户及高层，推动业务拓展与项目顺利落地，保障市场竞争力。
- 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、软件工程、项目管理等相关专业，15 年以上车企座舱、电子项目管理经验。
- 精通整车座舱项目全流程管理、节点管控、资源统筹与风险防控体系，具备多车型量产交付经验。
- 能统筹复杂业务线与大型项目群，驱动业务目标达成。
- 极强的跨组织沟通、推动、谈判与高层对接能力，能高效解决跨部门协作难题。
- 熟悉车规开发流程、质量体系、供应商管理与量产交付全链路。
