## Job description
- 负责人力资源数字化转型工作推进与实施，包括流程优化、制度建立、培训赋能等。
- 辅助数字化hr系统的建设、优化，并制定相应的业务计划与策略。
- 基于数字化的hr系统搭建运营平台，通过数据分析及用户行为分析等手段，挖掘数据价值，为业务部门提供决策支持。
- 配合部门其他职能做好相关工作，包括但不限于员工关系、培训发展等。
- 根据公司战略部署，参与人力资源体系的建设和管理，推进组织变革，推动数字化。

### 教育与专业要求
- 全日制统招本科以上学历，金融学、计算机、经济学等相关专业。

### 工作经验要求
- 5年及以上的相关经历；

### 职业素养要求
- 具有敏锐的数据分析意识，善于总结归纳，有较强的逻辑分析能力，有软件编程基础者尤佳。

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
