## Job description

承担智驾SoC的NPU的技术需求确定、NPU架构设计，软硬件方案设计、数字逻辑设计实操和验证。
- 从国内外头部高校获得集成电路/计算机/自动化/物理/数学等相关领域专业博士学历。本科必须在985院校就读；
- 具有完整的知识体系，从数字电路、处理器、网络通讯、底层软件、操作系统、编程语言、一直到应用软件；
- 具有ASIC、DSP、车载MCU或者车载SoC架构师工作经验；

### 总工作经验最好超过8年
- - 具有4年数字设计经验，4年架构师经验； - 或者具有软硬件的综合经验，例如具有5年数字设计经验，3年系统软件开发经验；
- 具有复杂数字逻辑架构经验。合适的经验可以是复杂NPU、视频编解码器、核心网路由器的网络处理器、光网络的收发芯片、4G/5G基带芯片；
- 熟悉transformer和大模型的算法，和加速器实现。必须具有相关的数字逻辑设计经验；
- 熟悉高带宽片上网络、存储系统；
- 最好具有完整的芯片前端开发验证流程经验，覆盖需求、架构、数字设计、集成、验证；
- 熟悉AI编译器、神经网络运行态和框架，最好了解底层软件和操作系统；
- 技术创新能力也是我们非常看重的。
