## Job description
- 负责区域经销商能力评估，并对弱店进行诊断、辅导改善；
- 负责区域新建店贯标培训及能力提升辅导；
- 负责区域经销商内训检核与评价管理；
- 负责区域实战培训组织与实施；
- 负责区域经销商岗位达标培训与产品强化培训推进；
- 负责区域优秀案例挖掘与分享学习；

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，市场营销、企业管理类相关专业优先。

### 工作经验要求
- 8年及以上汽车行业工作经验，有大区工作经验者优先；

### 职业素养要求
- 具备较强的管理意识、客户意识，思维活跃，根据业务需求策划和组织区域培训工作； 具有较强的培训授课能力和业务分析辅导能力，能有效对终端经销店进行业务诊断并辅导改善。

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 性格开朗，具备较强的表达、沟通和协调能力，具备较强的学习能力，能承受较大的工作压力；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康，无传染性疾病。
