## Job description

①负责结合市场竞争环境，定义本品的开发概念、竞争亮点等； ②负责拉通研发技术总院，评估需要通过何种技术、策略实现产品目标； ③熟悉、了解各个国际市场不同法规技术要求，拉通研发技术总院通过适应性开发满足法规要求； ④通过国际市场前台人员及其他各种手段，获取市场的各种真实需求和用户反馈，提出产品改进建议并推动实现
- 具有本科及以上学历，车辆工程、物电、自动化等专业优先；
- 英语水平较高，能使用英语与人进行口头沟通、会议等
- 具备较强的组织协调能力和团队管理能力；
- 熟练使用相关办公软件；
- 优秀的逻辑思考能力、研究及学习能力。
