## Job description
- 负责智能座舱大模型及多模态模型的产品规划，制定模型能力、部署形态和版本演进路线
- 建立模型选型与准入机制，统筹基础模型、行业模型、端侧模型及云端模型的能力组合
- 定义意图理解、推理规划、多模态感知、工具调用、生成质量等核心模型指标
- 推动模型训练、微调、蒸馏、量化及端云协同方案在车载平台落地
- 分析模型效果、性能、时延、算力和成本，推动模型能力持续迭代。
- 博士学历，人工智能、计算机、模式识别、自然语言处理等相关方向
- 对大语言模型、多模态模型、模型训练与推理机制具有系统性理解
- 熟悉 Transformer、SFT、RLHF/RLAIF、蒸馏、量化、端侧部署等技术方向
- 能够把算法指标转化为产品体验指标，并形成明确的模型准入及验收标准
- 有大模型、多模态、智能驾驶或车载端侧模型研究及产业化经验者优先
