## Job description
- 负责客户进站体验效果管理，满意度提升，整改及跟踪，客诉处理及关闭，抱怨跟踪及重大抱怨处理。
- 负责销售任务及品质改善，对区域备件产品销售/技术升级调度负责。
- 负责服务线索及服务转介绍管理。
- 负责大区后勤支持、人员对接、各类会议组织开展等。 1、统招全日制本科学历 2、新能源汽车行业经验优先 3、3年及以上区域售后服务经验
