## Job description

### 工作基于对外合作商，做技术集成管理，投资及模具预分析，数据边界管理
- 熟悉整车内外饰工程设计，会做结构断面，且会截面分析；
- 掌握catia数据设计，尤其在内外饰车身及周边数据可以给出设计方案；
- 熟悉内外饰及车身相关零部件DVP设计及策划；
- 熟悉模具的设计，开发，制造过程，及模具投资分析及周期评估；
- 熟悉内外饰零部件的整车试制、质量整改、主观评价相关工作；
- 懂项目管理，产品开发流程，会制定产品开发计划及QCD相关业务策划

### 学历
- 大学本科及以上学历

### 专业
- 车辆工程、机械技术及其自动化、汽车设计、交通运输等专业等相关专业; 2、工作经验要求：工作年限≧10年，8年以上仪表板或副仪表板系统开发及前后保险杠工作及相关模具开发经验

### 职业素养
- 沟通能力强，有团队合作精神，有一定的感官质量评价能力，有一定的组织和技术协调能力
