## Job description
- 负责设备规划与设备科经营计划；
- 负责组织各单位落实设备管理的各项基础文件、质量管理文件的编写、执行、内部审核、外部体系审核工作；
- 负责安全与设备管理工作，减少临时故障，保证均衡生产，总结典型设备故障原因、维修经验、排除方法等；
- 负责所属车间设备资料编制、计划编制、教材编写，设备工程师能力提升，及带领员工学习行业先进技术和经验；
- 负责设备技术管理工作，推广维修新技术、新工艺、新材料；
- 负责组织开展TPM活动，进行设备维修管理的调查研究、工作分析；
- 负责EAM管理工作，通过设备资产、故障管理、保全计划、备件管理等设备管理信息化管理手段提高设备管理数据分析能力和效率。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，机电、电气自动化控制及相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 5年及以上汽车工厂机械动力设备或机器人或涂气设备维护工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 具有较强的组织协调和分析总结能力，善于创新、主动性强、执行力强；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 熟悉DURR设备机械化设备结构，具备机械设计相关类专业知识；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
