## Job description
- 学习企业招聘全流程管理，参与多渠道人才寻访与甄选。
- 参与员工关系管理及人事手续办理，了解劳动法规与人力资源合规管理。
- 协助人力资源系统维护与数据分析，培养HR数字化管理能力。
- 参与人才盘点与干部管理，了解组织发展与人才梯队建设方法。

### 生源资质
- 硕士及以上学历。

### 专业要求
- 人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学、教育学等相关专业。

### 证书要求
- 能正常取得国家颁发的毕业证及学位证。

### 在校表现
- 党员、优秀毕业生、学生干部等优先考虑。

### 其他要求
- 身体健康，热爱汽车行业，乐于奉献，敢于挑战。
