## Job description
- 负责落实车间各项质量KPI指标，确定车间的生产经营实施计划及进行绩效评估；
- 负责监控、调整车间技术质量工作计划，确保车间技术质量工作目标达成；
- 负责组织学习车间内部工艺人员技能提升，合理使用质量分析工具，促进车间技术工程师团队建设；
- 负责贯彻公司质量体系要求，优化生产制造工艺，保证持续的质量、效益提升。
- 负责优化车间工艺、技术类管理流程，提高信息资源共享及工作效率；
- 负责积极开展质量文化建设活动，提高员工对整车质量工作的认识；
- 负责车间生产启动项目管理和各项工艺质量验证，组织推动各项问题的解决。

### 教育与专业
- 本科及以上学历，汽车类、机械类、行政管理类相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 5年及以上汽车主机厂或零部件工艺或现场制造工作经验者优先；

### 职业素养要求
- 认同公司的质量方针、质量目标、公司宗旨和企业文化；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 有较强的保密意识，善于沟通，协调；有较强的合作意识和抗压能力；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
