## Job description

### 目标设定与分解
- 负责整车级动力性、经济性（能耗/电耗）性能指标的设定；基于产品定义，将目标分解并协调各系统间的性能平衡。

### 仿真与优化
- 搭建整车性能仿真模型，进行0-100km/h加速、车速、爬坡度、工况续航、能耗敏感度分析；制定能量管理策略优化方案。

### 动力系统匹配
- 负责电机与减速器速比的匹配计算；，确保动力输出特性符合智界品牌“舒适+运动”的双重调性。

### 测试与标定验证
- 主导实车测试（包含场地测试、道路滑行试验、三高环境仓测试）； 1、学历背景： 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械工程、自动化或能源动力等相关专业；硕士学历优先。 2、工作经验： 3-10年整车厂或核心零部件厂（如华为、蔚小理、比亚迪等）PE性能开发经验；有完整纯电/增程车型开发项目经历者优先。
