## Job description
- 担任预研项目经理，向预研总监汇报；
- 组织各专业开展预研项目工艺可行性分析，并对项目投资、计划等可行性进行分析评估；
- 负责建立预研信息台帐，协助预研经理做好平台车型的管理，并建立平台管理机制；
- 协助总监负责项目的预研项目的组织，对项目QCD负责，负责院项目的会议组织，计划及风险管理，推进问题，确保项目合规、按统一标准执行，并完成项目组布置的各项任务；
- 协助总监负责在产车型质量指标的分解及跟踪达成，评价；
- 负责项目流程梳理、优化、推广、评价。

### 教育与专业
- 硕士毕业1年；本科毕业3年；管理/机械/车辆相关专业；

### 工作经验要求
- 3年以上整车项目管理工作经验；

### 职业素养要求
- 充分沟通、自信乐观、激情永驻；

### 特殊资格/条件要求
- 具有汽车制造相关工艺方面知识，熟练操作计算机；

### 身体状况要求
- 身体健康。
