## Job description
- 负责设备管理标准体系的搭建；
- 负责组织试制线/产线的设备选型、安装调试；
- 负责组织设备运行、维护与保全，提升设备CPH及嫁动率；
- 负责设备异常处理、应急管理等；
- 针对生产过程的问题点，通过试验验证，复制问题等手段，快速定位问题点并找出R/C，确保工艺稳定，品质达标，并形成LL，提升生产效率和直通率； 6.、负责设备安全管理等； 1、教育背景：本科及以上（汽车行业经验10年以上，学历可放宽至大专）；机械工程、电子等相关专业； 2、5年以上汽车及零部件相关行业工作经验，有智能驾驶或域控等产品经验优先考虑； 3. 熟悉SMT主要设备如印刷机（MPM,GKG,DEK），贴片机（Panansonic,Fuji, ASM等）、回流焊（ERSA,REHM等）等设备原理，并具备相关调机、程式制作、应急处理等经验； 4、具备一定的工艺基础，有至少5年以上项目产品NPI（少量多样）、MP产品的生产经验； 5、熟悉MES等系统；
